CXWORX is challenging but achievable for all levels of fitness. During the 30-minute CORE workout we guide you through correct techniques as you work with resistance tubes, weighted plates and body weight exercises like crunches and hovers. You will get into some hip, butt, and lower back exercises as well!

Each workout brings mindfulness to your dance movement experience leaving you energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced.
Nia cardio-dance workouts combine 52 simple moves with dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts to get you fit in 60 minutes - body, mind, emotion, and spirit.
Nia is practiced barefoot, non-impact, and adaptable to individual needs and abilities. Nia classes are taught by licensed Nia teachers.

Each class will be focused on a different area of the body or movement (Some yoga experience is suggested, but not required).
