What? After the launch, all of our Les Mills classes including: Bodypump, Bodyflow, Bodycombat, RPM, and CXWORX, will include NEW music and NEW choreography! Les Mills creates NEW releases every three months for each class - to keep things fresh and fun for everyone!   For more info on each class, scroll down to view videos and class descriptions.

When? Starting Thursday, October 26th, 2017 all Les Mills classes on the group fitness schedule will be NEW releases! Here is the class line-up:

BODYCOMBAT

BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP™ is hailed as "The Fastest Way in The Universe To Get In Shape." A strength and endurance training class where muscle and music collide! Low on complexity but high in fun, BODYPUMP has all of the benefits of traditional weight training combined with time efficiency and predictability. EVERY BODY is successful in BODYPUMP. Suitable for just about "EVERY BODY."

CXWORX

CXWORX is challenging but achievable for all levels of fitness.  During the 30-minute CORE workout we guide you through correct techniques as you work with resistance tubes, weighted plates and body weight exercises like crunches and hovers. You will get into some hip, butt, and lower back exercises as well!

 

NIA

Nia is the art of movement the body's way. Nia is a cardio-dance workout, a movement practice, and lifestyle based on the intelligent design of the body.  We believe every person can discover, explore, unleash, and enhance their individual potential to live a healthy and meaningful life by engaging their senses and listening to their bodies.

Nia tones your mind and tunes your body. Each workout brings mindfulness to your dance movement experience leaving you energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced.

Nia cardio-dance workouts combine 52 simple moves with dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts to get you fit in 60 minutes - body, mind, emotion, and spirit.

Nia is practiced barefoot, non-impact, and adaptable to individual needs and abilities. Nia classes are taught by licensed Nia teachers.

RPM

RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new RPM™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

SIMPLE STEP & CARDIO JAM

Varied cardio with freestyle choreography deisgned by experienced instructors with moves that can be modified for beginners as well as seasoned class participants.

 

YOUNG AT HEART (YAH)

A gentle guided program for seniors offering two days of strength training and one day of chair yoga to help increase and maintain flexibility and balance.

 

YOGA STRETCH

A 45 minute class for all fitness levels.  This introduction to yoga, uses basic poses and stretches that focus on increasing flexibility.
