Suzanne's Summer Bootcamps

SUMMER START-UP

  • 1st session begins: Monday, July 11 to Saturday, July 29th
  • 2nd session begins: Monday, August 14th to Saturday, September 2nd

This camp is for women who want to be healthier and stronger so that they can live better.  Build strength and endurance without putting excessive strain on your knees, hips, and ankles.  There will be NO high impact exercises and a certified personal trainer will be coaching you on correct technique to maximize effectiveness of each move and reduce the risk of injury.  No pain does lead to gains!

  • For beginner exercisers or those getting back on the wagon

  • 9 live 30 minute workouts with a certified trainer

  • Online Support for fitness and nutrition

  • Prizes for 100% attendance and other accomplishments

  • Track progress and reach for your goals

  • Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00PM, Saturdays 8:00AM
