Sue Kelly, BA, LMT, RYT-500, is a massage therapist, an experience yoga teacher and a yoga nidra guide who practices in mid coast Maine. Sue has been studying and practicing yoga for more than 25 years, specializing in therapeutic yoga, yoga for healthy aging, and deep relaxation journeys, bringing people into deep healing and wholeness.
